IL ROSETO
Il Roseto is a spacious, comfortable and bright flat with typical Tuscan-style furniture; it has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with twin beds), a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances (see services sheet), one bathroom with a shower and one with a bathtub and a washing machine, a large living room with a sofa and a ceiling fan. The flat is developed on three levels, has a surface area of 90 square metres and a very large front garden with a wooden gazebo, a table, some chairs and a barbecue to enjoy pleasant evenings outdoors.

– Heating: 20,00€ per day
– Air conditioning: 20,00€ per day
– Midweek or daily cleaning: € 50,00 for the full flat.
– Midweek or daily linen change: bed and bath € 20,00 per person, bath only € 12,00 per person.
– (Extra charge for animals: € 15,00 per day).
BOOKING
We can rent apartments from a Saturday to the Saturday of the following week in high season.
During mid/low season it is also possible to book weekly stays with arrival on a day other than Saturday or Friday.
The stay will be confirmed upon the receipt of a deposit of 20%/40% of the total, payable by bank transfer.
The balance of the stay must be paid upon arrival or the evening before your check-out. Payment methods are to be agreed with the owner at the time of booking.
(A credit card will always be requested upon arrival to guarantee your stay, and a security deposit of € 200.00 per flat will be required.)*
City tax: the municipality of Lucignano does not charge a tourists with a city tax.
There is a compulsory extra charge for the final cleaning of the apartments, which is not included in the prices shown in the listing. Final cleaning costs are € 80,00 per flat; the costs depend on the period and the season of your stay.
In the event of cancellation of the reservation, the following penalties will apply:
– Cancellation from more than 30 days before your stay: loss of the deposit total.
– Cancellation from 30 days before arrival or in case of no-show: no refund of the amount paid.
Check-in: from 3.00pm to 7.00pm in Winter
Check-in: from 4.00pm to 8.00pm in Summer
Check-out: no later than 10.00am
You are kindly requested to leave a mobile phone number when booking so that the property can be informed about your arrival time; in case of delay, an extra cost of 30,00€/hour will be charged.

No people other than those registered are allowed to stay overnight.
The forms for the communication of guests’ personal data (required by law in Italy) to the Public Security Authorities must be filled out upon arrival and returned immediately to the owner.
The swimming pool is open from May to October (opening and closing dates will be defined according to weather conditions) and can only be used from 8.00am to 8.00pm.
It is forbidden for children under 16 to use the pool unless accompanied and supervised by their parents and/or accompanying adults over 18.
Please leave the premises in their original condition and report any damage to objects or furniture. The deposit paid will be returned on departure, after the flat has been checked.
Casal Gheriglio will ensure the complete sanitization of each flat before and after your stay (even daily if you require mid-stay cleaning).
We use only professional products with a medical-surgical prescription and ministerial authorization. We will also endeavour to ensure that the only space shared with the other guests – the swimming pool area – is managed in the best possible way (with your kind cooperation) with daily sanitization, areas and customized equipment for each flat.
