“Il Cantuccio” room is a welcoming solution, ideal for those seeking comfort and tranquility. Tastefully furnished in a rustic style, it offers a warm and relaxing atmosphere. It has a comfortable bed, a private bathroom and a small kitchen (shared with another room) that can be used exclusively for breakfast. Guests also have access to a lovely garden, shared with another room, where they will find a table with umbrella and chairs (for private use) perfect for enjoying breakfast in the open air and enjoying the relaxation of the surrounding nature. Arrivals for all apartments are from Saturday to Saturday during the high season, while in the mid and low season it is possible to book weekly stays with arrival on different days. (except for ANGOLO BELLO)
The stay will be confirmed upon the receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total, payable by bank transfer.
The balance of the stay must be paid upon arrival or the evening before your check-out. Payment methods are to be agreed with the owner at the time of booking.
(A credit card will always be requested upon arrival to guarantee your stay, and a security deposit of € 200.00 per flat will be required.)*
City tax: the municipality of Lucignano does not charge a tourists with a city tax.
There is a compulsory extra charge for the final cleaning of the apartments, which is not included in the prices shown in the listing. Final cleaning costs are € 80,00 per flat; the costs depend on the period and the season of your stay.
In case of cancellation of the reservation the following penalties will be applied:
Cancellations from before 45 days before: total loss of the deposit.
Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM Winter Time
Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Summer Time
Check-out: no later than 10:00 AM

facility can obtain information on your arrival time, in case of delay in arrival or departure a
supplement of €50.00/h is required.

It is not permitted to accommodate other people than those registered.
The forms for communicating the personal data of guests (mandatory by law in Italy) to the
Public Security Authorities must be filled out upon arrival and returned
immediately to the owner.
The swimming pool is open from May to October (the opening and closing dates will be defined based on
weather conditions) and can only be used from 8:00 to 20:00.
The use of the swimming pool is prohibited to minors under 16 years of age unless accompanied and supervised by their parents and/or accompanying adults over 18 years of age.
Please leave the premises in their initial conditions and report any damage to objects or furnishings. The
deposit paid will be returned upon departure, after checking the apartment.
Rocca di Pierle will guarantee the complete sanitization of each apartment before and after your
stay (even daily in the event that daily cleaning is requested).
We only use professional products with medical surgical protection and ministerial authorization, we will also work to better manage the only space shared with the other residents – the pool area – (with your kind collaboration) with daily sanitization, areas and equipment customized for each apartment.
